Enjoy peace of mind with our straightforward returns process. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Scalpluxe purchase, simply initiate a return request within 30 days of your purchase date and send the item back to us within 45 days to receive a refund.

For products purchased from a Scalpluxe® online store under our current return policy, please contact us by emailing Scalpluxe.store or using our online live chat with your order number handy. Be sure to have your receipt available when you call, as you will need to provide the details listed on it. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Complete Package: All returns or exchanges must include every accessory originally provided.
• Original Condition: Products and their packaging should be returned in their original form.
• Compliance: Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
• Shipping Costs: Scalpluxe covers shipping fees for standard return shipments.
• Price Adjustments & Exclusions: Please note that Scalpluxe does not offer price matching with other retailers.
• Promotional Bundle Returns: If you return only part of a promotional bundle, the bundle discount will be nullified, and the full discount amount will be deducted from your refund.

Note:
Please ensure you have your order number available before returning your item. Refunds cannot be processed without it. If you cannot locate your order number, contact our customer service team before shipping your unit back. Additionally, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
